在AZ80镁合金中添加合金元素Sr和In,制备了AZ80-0.2Sr-0.15In锻造镁合金,并对其进行了5道次多向锻造。对锻后显微组织、织构、室温和高温力学性能、以及耐腐蚀性能进行了测试与分析。结果表明,采用5道次多向锻造制备的合金平均晶粒尺寸为4.6μm,具有优异的室温和高温力学性能、耐腐蚀性能。与商用铸态AZ80镁合金相比,(0002)基面织构最大值减小73%,350℃抗拉强度提高329%、屈服强度提高532%;腐蚀电位正移203 m V。
AZ80-0.2Sr-0.15In forged magnesium alloy was prepared by adding alloying elements Sr and In into AZ80 magnesium alloy and forging for 5 times. After forging microstructure, texture, room temperature and high temperature mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that the alloy prepared by 5-way multi-directional forging has an average grain size of 4.6 μm, which has excellent mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature, and corrosion resistance. Compared with commercial as-cast AZ80 magnesium alloy, the maximum of (0002) basal plane texture is reduced by 73%, the tensile strength at 350 ℃ is increased by 329%, the yield strength is increased by 532% and the corrosion potential is shifted by 203 m.
