生物大分子国家重点实验室自1990年引进并安装我国第一套X射线面探测仪系统以来,已先后收集了来自中国各实验室的不同生物大分子的X射线单晶衍射数据二十几套,数据的Rsym从2.18%(胰岛素母体)到8.69%(葡萄糖异松酶).中分辨率衍射数据的收集时间一般为24—40 h,充分显示了该套系统速度性,数据质量可靠,节省晶体和自动化程度高等优点.本文在概括介绍面探测仪系统的结构和工作原理的基础上,对数据的质量进行了重点分析,并对原Xengen程序包在处理R3空间群的多解问题及如何选取矩阵参数等进行了详细讨论.
