古陶瓷、砖瓦是考古发掘中最常见的遗物,也是反映古代社会文化发展的重要材料。确定古陶器制作的年代在考古学中是极待解决的问题。近十年来在这方面取得了进展。成功地用热发光技术测定古陶瓷的烧制年龄。这一成功也为测定黄土等第四纪地质样品的年龄提供了新的途径。这里简略介绍用热发光技术测定古陶瓷、黄土地层年龄的有关问题。
Ancient ceramics, brick is the most common relics in archaeological excavations, but also reflects the important social and cultural development of ancient materials. To determine the production of ancient pottery in archeology is a problem to be solved. Progress has been made in this area in the past decade. Successfully measured the firing age of ancient ceramics with the technique of thermoluminescence. This success also provides a new way to determine the age of the Quaternary geological samples such as loess. Here briefly introduce the use of thermoluminescence technology to determine the age of ancient ceramics, loess strata related issues.
