“后进生”就是素质发展的某一方面或所有方面相对滞后的学生,是就某个学生群体而言的相对概念。通常情况下最突出地表现在品行和学业成绩等方面相对滞后。对于怎样转化“后进生”的问题,笔者提出了一些行之有效的方法,那就是分析“后进生”产生的原因,找准解决方法,多一些关心与爱护,多一些耐心和引导,让化学课堂更精彩,增强后进生学习兴趣,加强化学实验教学,转化“后进生”。
