对来自小麦品系WT59的3个抗镰刀菌毒素变异细胞系的细胞膜透性、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性及其11个稳定再生株系(R3)的田间抗赤霉特性进行了研究,结果表明:3个变异细胞系的细胞膜透性低于对照系,PAL活性高于对照系。在不同浓度毒素胁迫条件下,抗性变异系的细胞膜透性和PAL活性变化较小,表现出一定的稳定性。从3个变异系中再生出的11个稳定株系其抗赤霉特性显著高于对照系,部分材料的抗扩展特性达到或接近抗性品种苏麦三号。
The cell membrane permeability, phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) activity and the field resistance to red rust of 11 stable regenerating lines (R3) from three Fusarium toxin mutant cell lines derived from a wheat line WT59 The results showed that the cell membrane permeability of the three mutant cell lines was lower than that of the control line, and the PAL activity was higher than that of the control line. Under the conditions of different concentrations of toxin, the cell membrane permeability and PAL activity of the resistant variation lines changed little, showing some stability. The 11 stable lines regenerated from the three mutant lines showed significantly higher resistance to Gibberella zeae than the control lines, and the resistance expansion of some of the materials reached or approached the resistant variety Sumai 3.
