家长工作是幼儿园做好日常工作的保障,家园合作的默契愉快,能推动班级整体工作的开展,起到很好的桥梁纽带作用,更能让老师在开展各种游戏活动时,得心应手,从容自如。幼儿在园的一日生活,从保育到教育,都离不开老师的呵护和家长的配合。保教并重的模式一直伴随着孩子的成长,如何让家长放心、满意、理解与支持,家园教育和谐统一,也是班级管理中的重要组成部分。
