数学开放题是指答案不固定或者条件不完备的问题或者有多种可能的解答的问题.即是指条件多余需选择、条件不足需补充或答案不固定的问题.

The mathematics open question refers to the problem that the answer is not fixed or the condition is incomplete or there are multiple possible answers. That is, the problem that the condition is unnecessary to be selected, the condition is insufficient to be added, or the answer is not fixed.
