本文对华北夏大豆“齐黄10号”和南方春大豆“苏88—M19”在40℃热击2hr后,转到25℃分别恢复处理2、4、6、8、10hr。分析并比较了两者HSP的变化。结果表明:随恢复期的延长,两种大豆HSP的种类均在减少。累积量动态变化却有显著的区别,在恢复2hr时,“齐黄10号”HSP累积量急剧增加,尔后至10hr时又逐渐减少;“苏88—M19”恢复2hr时,HSP累积量大幅减少,尔后到10hr时又逐渐增加。
In this paper, North China summer soybean “Qi Huang 10” and the southern spring soybean “Su 88-M19” heat shock at 40 ℃ 2hr, go to 25 ℃ resumed treatment 2,4,6,8,10hr. Analyzed and compared the changes of both HSPs. The results showed that with the extension of the recovery period, the types of HSPs in both soybean varieties decreased. However, there was a significant difference in the dynamic changes of cumulants. At the time of 2hr recovery, the HSP accumulation of Qihuang 10 increased sharply, and then gradually decreased from 10hr to later. The accumulation of HSP decreased significantly after 2hr of recovery of Su 88-M19 , Then gradually increased to 10hr.
