日本用碾压混凝土成功地建起了大川坝和岛地川坝之后,于1980年5~10月利用新中野坝加高的机会,在该坝下游消力墩基础施工中做了新的实践研究,并根据以上三个坝的施工经验,决定玉川坝亦采用碾压混凝土筑坝技术。
