本文通过时四川电力系统的现状及发展中存在问题的分析,并以马湖抽水蓄能电站为例,分析其对电力系统“吸丰补枯”和汛期“调峰填谷”的作用。经计算,修建具有季调节性能的马湖抽水蓄能电站可以增加电力系统枯期平均出力12万kW,减少汛期水电站调峰弃水电量报失16.4亿kW·h,效益十分显著。从而说明在以水电为主的电力系统修建一定数量的抽水蓄能电站的必要性和迫切性,对提高电力系统的供电质量和安全、经济运行具有十分重要的意义。
This paper analyzes the status quo and problems in the development of Sichuan electric power system. Taking Mahu Pumped Storage Power Station as an example, this paper analyzes the role of power system in absorbing and compensating wind and filling peak season. It is calculated that the construction of Mahu Pumped Storage Power Station with seasonally adjusted performance can increase the average power output of the power system by 120,000 kW during the dry season and reduce the peak discharge capacity by 1.64 billion kW · h during the flood season. Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to construct a certain number of pumped-storage power stations in the hydropower-based power system. It is of great significance to improve the power supply quality, safety and economic operation of the power system.
