社会的不断进步,促使各项事业均需深化改革才能适应形势需求,医疗卫生事业的改革也是迫在眉睫。医院在改革的过程中,面对变化巨大的外在社会条件,其管理理念、管理方式、管理内容等也需紧跟改革的步伐。有效的政治思想工作能改善医患关系,提高医务工作者的工作热情与服务质量,是医改能否成功的关键要素之一。本文简单地分析了现代医院思想政治工作的现状,如工作方式较落后、观念偏差、政工工作不受重视等,并提出了几点推动创新的对策,包括重视服务的创新、工作内容创新、工作方式的创新、人员考核机制创新等,仅为医院的思想政治工作人员提供参考。
