扩大内需是中国经济发展的长期战略和基本立足点。消费需求不足是影响内需扩大的主要因素,扩大内需应以增加消费为主要手段,而提高农村消费水平是扩大内需的关键。本文从扩大内需的视角研究农村消费问题,分析农村消费水平与结构以及制约农村消费的原因,并提出了提高农村消费水平的对策建议。
Expanding domestic demand is a long-term strategy and a basic starting point for China’s economic development. The lack of consumer demand is the main factor that affects the expansion of domestic demand. The expansion of domestic demand should take the increase of consumption as the main measure, and raising the rural consumption level is the key to expanding domestic demand. This paper studies the issue of rural consumption from the perspective of expanding domestic demand, analyzes the level and structure of rural consumption and restricts the reasons for rural consumption, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to raise rural consumption level.
