为纪念毛泽东同志诞辰110周年,中国美术家协会和南昌市人民政府合作主办的《纪念毛泽东同志诞辰110周年“华夏笔都”全国百位知名国画家特邀作品展》于2003年12月22日上午10时在北京炎黄艺术馆隆重开幕。此次展览旨在缅外毛泽东同志之际,深刻体会新世纪建设先进文化的重要意义,明确文化工作者肩负的历史使命。展览汇集了全国各地共133位画家具有代表性的国画作品,力求让观众们在品评的同时,感受到美术创作与时俱进,见证艺术实践永远与世纪同行的风貌。
To commemorate the 110th anniversary of Comrade Mao Zedong’s birth, the Chinese Artists Association and the Nanchang Municipal People’s Government co-sponsored the “Commemoration of the 110th anniversary of Comrade Mao Zedong’s Birthday” Huaxia Pen “National Famous Artists Paintings Exhibition” in December 22, 2003 At 10 o’clock in Beijing Yanhuang Museum of Art grand opening. The purpose of this exhibition is to deeply understand the important significance of building an advanced culture in the new century and to clarify the historic mission of cultural workers on the occasion of Comrade Mao Zedong’s visit to the United States. Exhibition brings together a total of 133 painters across the country representative of the traditional Chinese painting works, and strive to make the audience in the evaluation at the same time, feel the art creation with the times, to witness the practice of art forever and century style.
