目的:研究胡椒酸己二胺(PAH)对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平和抗氧化能力的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠78只,适应性饲养一周后,测定基础血清胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TC),随机抽取12只作为正常对照组,给予普通饲料,余作为造模组喂以高脂饲料。喂养4周后,再次检测血清TC和TG,比较造模前后血脂水平,TC、TG显著升高,认为造模成功。将造模成功的60只大鼠按血脂大小分层,并随机分为5组,即高脂模型组、辛伐他汀阳性药物组(10mg/kg)和PAH高(10mg/kg)、中(5mg/kg)、低(2.5mg/kg)三个剂量组。每日灌胃给予各受试物,第4周末,麻醉动物,采集血清,测定TC、TG、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:胡椒酸己二胺能显著降低高脂血症大鼠的血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平,且呈剂量依赖性;低剂量时显著升高HDL-C水平;并能显著升高高脂血症大鼠血清SOD和GSH-PX活力、降低MDA含量。结论:胡椒酸己二胺具有一定的降血脂及抗氧化作用。
Objective: To study the effect of captopril hexahydride (PAH) on the level of blood lipid and antioxidant capacity in experimental hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: Seventy-eight male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed with normal diet for one week. The basal serum cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TC) were measured. Twelve mice were randomly selected as the normal control group. High-fat feed. After 4 weeks of feeding, serum TC and TG were tested again. Compared with before and after the model, blood lipid level, TC and TG were significantly increased, and the model was considered successful. 60 successful rats were stratified according to the size of blood lipids, and were randomly divided into 5 groups: high fat model group, simvastatin positive group (10mg / kg) and PAH high (10mg / kg) 5mg / kg), low (2.5mg / kg) three dose groups. At the end of the fourth week, the animals were anesthetized and the serum was collected. The contents of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and superoxide (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Results: Hexamethylene diamine significantly decreased the serum levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in hyperlipidemic rats in a dose-dependent manner. HDL-C levels were significantly increased at low doses and significantly increased Serum levels of SOD and GSH-PX in the rats with lipidemia decreased MDA content. Conclusion: Hexamethylenediamine hexahydrate has certain hypolipidemic and anti-oxidative effects.
