Industry hygiene reflects the improvement of the material and cultural life of the majority of working people after the communes are established. The service industries are directly related to people’s health and production. Therefore, improving industry’s health is not only of great hygiene significance. The service industries, especially the catering industry, barbershop, bathhouse and so on, have witnessed rapid development in the rural areas along with the welfare undertakings.
