“一个好的厂长可以救活一个企业,一个无德无能的厂长可以搞垮一个企业”。这是企业“自主经营”权利落实后越来越多人的“口头禅”。企业离开了“妈妈的怀抱”,厂长可以依托市场自主决策,这无疑减少了干预,利于企业自求发展。然而,身系成百数千号“主人翁”的利益,“自主经营”后厂长经理责任更加重大,“孤家寡人”似地孤军奋战,必然力所不支;当好“主攻手”,带领干部职工打好“团体赛”,才能驾驭企业决战决胜。 遗憾的是,有的经营者对“自主经营“的理解有失偏颇,“厂长负责制”在一些企业成了“厂长里外一把
“A good director can save a company. A director with no virtue or incompetence can mess up a company.” This is the “mantra” of more and more people after the implementation of the “self-management” right.
