本研究表明辐射与杂交相结合对提高小麦的诱变率有比较明显的效果。照射杂交当代种子,由于杂交分离世代与辐射分离世代相吻合,有利于选择。照射杂交种子是否比相应的未照射种子在主要分离世代上有更多的突变类型和更宽的变异谱?比照射亲本种子是否有更丰富的变异类型?这一直是有争议的问题。为了进一步研究照射杂交当代种子的实际效果,及产生的变异与单纯杂交分离和照射亲本后代间的关系,我们于1980—1981年在两个杂交组合上进行了研究。
This study shows that the combination of radiation and hybridization to improve the mutagenesis rate of wheat has a more significant effect. Irradiating hybrid contemporary seeds, as hybridization separates generations from radiation generation generations, in favor of choice. Is there any more mutation type and wider variation spectrum in the main segregation generation than the corresponding unirradiated seed, and is there a more varied type of variation than the irradiated parent seed? This has been a controversial issue. In order to further study the practical effect of hybrid seeds on contemporary hybridization and the relationship between the variation produced and the segregation of pure hybrids and the irradiation on the progeny of the parents, we conducted a study on two cross combinations in 1980-1981.
