校园安全稳定是学院和谐、健康、持续发展的基础,保卫队伍的服务和管理水平事关护校安园的成败,发挥团队精神和提升一个团队执行力成为过程控制的闸口。《正德职业技术学院目标考核(试行)》院人字[2016]6号明确要求各职能部门领导班子加强自身建设,执行力要强。本文结合治安保卫处一年多来的工作成效,引发对执行力提升的必要性、职能部门执行力存在的问题和如何提升的思考,阐述了职能部门执行力提升的重要性,以期内聚共识、共谋大业。
