为适应马铃薯种薯生产工厂化的需求,从高效低成本出发,对影响马铃薯脱毒试管苗微繁的培养方式及自然光的有效利用进行了研究。结果表明,液体培养显著优于固体培养,而且在普通棉和脱脂棉之间,在上部鲜重、叶片数、有效节数和株高等动态指标上无明显差异,但普通棉却大幅度降低了成本。利用充足的自然光可以满足试管苗正常生长,从而减少用电消耗,降低成本。
In order to meet the needs of potato seed potato factory production, starting from the high efficiency and low cost, we studied the culture mode and the effective utilization of natural light which affect the micropropagation of potato virus-free in vitro. The results showed that the liquid culture was significantly better than the solid culture, and there was no significant difference between the normal cotton and the absorbent cotton in the dynamic indexes of the fresh weight, the number of leaves, the effective node number and the height of the plant, but the ordinary cotton significantly reduced the cost . The use of sufficient natural light to meet the normal growth of test tube seedlings, thereby reducing electricity consumption and reduce costs.
