用生物间遗传学的原理和方法对8个梨黑星菌单孢分离物与10个梨品种相互作用进行了分析,结果表明:供试梨品种中至少含有6个抗梨黑星病基因。其中,鸭梨不含抗病基因,菊水梨只含1个抗病基因,金川梨、金花梨、苍溪梨可能分别含1~2、1~3、1~4个抗病基因,其余品种可能分别含有1~5或1~6个抗病基因;根据分离物与梨品种相互作用的抗感表现,可把8个梨黑星菌划分为5~6个不同的类型。
The interactions among eight pear cultivars and 10 pear cultivars were analyzed using the principles and methods of intergeneric genetics. The results showed that there were at least 6 anti-pear scab genes in test cultivars. Among them, Ya pear does not contain disease resistance genes, Kikusui pear contains only one resistance gene, Jinchuan pear, golden pear, Cangxi pear may contain 1 to 2, 1 to 3, 1 to 4 resistance genes, the rest of the varieties May contain 1 to 5 or 1 to 6 disease resistance genes, respectively. According to the anti-susceptibility performance of the interaction between the isolate and the pear variety, 8 pear-shaped pears can be divided into 5 to 6 different types.
