根据Catalona法加以改进,名为DNCB纸片法,即将同样剂量的DNCB丙酮液吸附在小片滤纸上,作细胞免疫测定,其方法是:先用DNCB纸片致敏,然后测DNCB治疗浓度。以IDNCB丙酮液治疗33例斑秃:包括14例全秃和19例重症斑秃,治愈率12.1％,有效率93.9％,其中14例全秃有9例获显效。同法治疗20例皮肤疣包括寻常疣16例,扁平疣3例,
