通过自身对照开放试验和随机单盲试验观察非洛地平治疗原发性高血压的效果。结果显示非洛地平具有良好的降压效果，总有效率90％～100％。副作用轻而少，服用方便，是理想的降压药物。
The efficacy of felodipine in the treatment of essential hypertension was investigated by self-controlled open-label and randomized single-blind trials. The results show that felodipine has a good antihypertensive effect, the total effective rate of 90% to 100%. Light and less side effects, easy to take, is the ideal antihypertensive drugs.
