目的:观察益肺方加化疗治疗老年中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将40例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分成两组,治疗组20例,给予益肺方加减联合化疗治疗,对照组20例,给予单纯化疗治疗。21天为1周期,共2周期。结果:治疗组在临床症状、生活质量、毒副反应等方面均优于对照组,两组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肺方加化疗治疗老年中晚期非小细胞肺癌有效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yifei Fang combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer in elderly. Methods: Forty patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given 20 cases of Yifei prescription combined with chemotherapy and the control group of 20 cases treated with chemotherapy alone. 21 days for a cycle, a total of 2 cycles. Results: The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of clinical symptoms, quality of life and toxic and side effects, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yifei Fang combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer is effective.
