报导9例糖尿病性颅神经损害,其中动眼神经5例,面神经2例,外展神经1例,舌咽、迷走神经1例。文章对其进行了临床观察,结果表明该病与病程、血压和空腹血糖无明显关系,但所有病人餐后血糖峰值(平均22.4mmol/L)明显高于空腹血糖(平均9.2mmol/L),两者相比差异显著(P<0.05)。表明该病的发生与血糖控制不佳有密切关系。
Reported 9 cases of diabetic cranial nerve damage, including oculomotor nerve in 5 cases, 2 cases of facial nerve, abducens nerve in 1 case, glossopharyngeal and vagus nerve in 1 case. The clinical observation showed that the disease had no significant relationship with duration of disease, blood pressure and fasting blood glucose. However, the peak postprandial blood glucose (average 22.4mmol / L) in all patients was significantly higher than that of fasting blood glucose (average 9.2mmol / L) The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). That the occurrence of the disease and poor blood glucose control are closely related.
