近年来,我国城乡经济发展存在着巨大差异,农村青壮年劳动力为了改善家庭经济情况,往往选择进城打工。因为自身条件和城市政策限制等客观条件,父母无法将子女带在身边照顾,子女只能由临时监护人照顾。父母与子女长期分隔两地,因为缺乏沟通交流,双方的感情变得淡漠疏离,对农村传统稳定的家庭造成冲击。同时,由于农村留守儿童家庭结构的失衡,再加上身有残疾的他们平常和周围的人沟通不善,因此生活、学习现状堪忧,身上存在的教育问题也日益突出。如果不对这些孩子进行教育引导而任其发展,极有可能出现性格缺陷和心理障碍等心理疾病,从而影响到他们的未来。通过研究分析,笔者对他们身上存在的教育问题提出了数条对策,以期帮助农村留守听障儿童摆脱他们身上的教育困境。
In recent years, there has been a huge difference in the economic development between urban and rural areas in our country. In order to improve the economic situation of the family, young and middle-aged rural labor force often choose to work in cities. Because of their own conditions and urban policy restrictions and other objective conditions, parents can not take their children around to take care of children can only be taken care of by a temporary guardian. Parents and children have been separated for a long time. Due to the lack of communication and exchange, the feelings of both sides have become indifferent and have an impact on the traditional stable rural families. At the same time, due to the imbalance of the family structure of left-behind children in rural areas and the poor communication between them who are physically disabled and the people around them, their living and studying conditions are worrying and their existing problems of education are becoming increasingly prominent. If these children are not educated and left unattended, it is highly likely that mental disorders such as personality defects and psychological disorders will affect their future. Through research and analysis, the author puts forward several countermeasures to the education problems existing in them, with a view to helping the rural left-behind children with hearing disabilities get rid of their educational predicament.
