作者报告两例亚急性发病的单纯疱疹病毒脑炎的临床、病理及病毒学研究。例一:26岁,女性。19岁时曾因车祸致短暂神智丧失及下颌骨折,遗有间歇性复视。82年1月出现头痛、不适及左腿笨拙。CSF IgG8.3mg/d1、髓磷脂碱性蛋白12.2u(正常<6u),视诱发电位左右眼P100有12.5毫秒的延迟。疑为“多发性硬化(MS)予以强的松治疗。病情无改善,意识障碍渐加重,并于5月12日癫痫大发作一次。体查:T100.8(?),嗜睡,颈软,左侧中枢性轻偏瘫,双侧巴氏征(+)。CSF多核细胞71个、淋巴细胞20个,蛋白76mg/dl。左颞叶脑活检后因严重脑水肿于5月26日死亡。活检脑组织培养发现典型单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)的细胞改变。直接免疫萤光检查
The authors report two cases of subacute herpes simplex virus encephalitis clinical, pathological and virological studies. Example one: 26 years old, female. 19-year-old was due to a car accident caused by temporary loss of mental and mandibular fractures, leaving intermittent double vision. January 1982 headache, discomfort and left leg clumsiness. CSF IgG 8.3 mg / d1 and myelin basic protein 12.2 u (normal <6 u), there was a delay of 12.5 ms depending on the P100 of the left and right eyes. Suspected as "multiple sclerosis (MS) to be treated with prednisone .No improvement in condition, progressive disturbance of consciousness, and in the May 12 epilepsy attack once. Physical examination: T100.8 (?), Lethargy, neck soft, Left hemiparetic centralism, bilateral Pakistan’s sign (+) .There are 71 CSF multi-nucleated cells, 20 lymphocytes, and protein 76mg / dl.The patients with severe cerebral edema died after May 26 on the left temporal lobe brain biopsy. Cellular cultures of typical herpes simplex virus (HSV) were found in brain tissue.Direct immunofluorescence
