本文采用改良的回旋弧度9号针穿刺肾动脉,直12号针穿刺肾静脉,建立局部的低温循环,可很快的降低肾脏的温度,为施行复杂的肾脏手术提供低温环境而赢得手术所需的时间.冷灌液以细胞色素丙保护肾单位,增加肾单位对缺血缺氧的耐受性;以肝素抗凝,保证肾毛细血管的循环通畅.临床与随访表明,此种方法操作简便,取石干净,肾功能恢复满意,耗费不高,适宜基层医院推广应用.
