少年宫教育是学校教育的延伸,是素质教育的重要的平台,少年宫教务管理是其教育发展的重要保障,如何才能提升少年宫教务管理的高效率已经成为当前教育研究的重要内容,本文指出了当前我国少年宫教务管理的不足,明晰了少年宫教务管理发展的方向,旨在为少年宫教务管理提供理论依据。
