婴儿及青少年脑出血,临床上甚罕见,我院1977～1982年共收治5例,现作一简单的分析。临床资料(一)5例的年龄、性别、病程见表1。(二)临床症状及体征:5例均为急性起病,头痛3例,呕吐5例,昏迷4例,躁动2例,四肢抽搐1例,大小便失禁1例,呼吸困难1例,血压偏高1例(25岁,血压150/80mmHg),前囱膨隆2例,视乳头水肿2例,眼底出血1例,瞳孔大小不等3例,对光反射消失3例,Babinski征 (+)4例,Hoffmann征(+)1例,
Infant and adolescent cerebral hemorrhage, clinically rare, our hospital from 1977 to 1982, a total of 5 cases were treated, make a simple analysis.
