为了解调理剂M5 5 0的毒性 ,对其进行了系列的毒性试验。结果表明 ,大鼠急性经口、经皮的最大耐受剂量 >3 0 g/kg体重 (按有效成分计 ) ;家兔皮肤刺激试验 :原液组和 4%应用液组对皮肤无刺激作用 ;家兔眼粘膜刺激试验 :原液组对粘膜有明显的刺激作用 ,应用液组有轻度的刺激作用 ;豚鼠皮肤变态反应试验 :原液组无皮肤过敏反应 ;致突变试验 :Ames试验、小鼠微核试验及精子畸形试验均为阴性。以上结果表明M 5 5 0为低毒、对皮肤无刺激、无致敏反应、无致突变作用 ,是一种较为理想的调理剂。
To understand the toxicity of conditioning agent M550, a series of toxicity tests were conducted on it.
