2015年6月9日,我国贵州省毕节市发生一起4名儿童服食农药自杀身亡事件,在河南省信阳市13岁男童在救助站待3个月后饿成干尸,在国外儿童权利受侵害的现象也屡见不鲜,在巴基斯坦,一父亲因浪费钱杀死了自己的孩子,他支开妻子,放火烧死了3个女儿,如此惨案,触目惊心。保护儿童的权利不仅仅关系到儿童的健康成长,也关系到整个社会的和谐稳定。本文试图通过分析欧美等国家对于儿童权利保护的做法,探讨我国对儿童权利的保护。
