目的为掌握大连市入托入学儿童预防接种证查验工作现状,探讨今后开展儿童免疫规划疫苗预防接种工作的有效方法。方法收集2011—2013年大连市入托入学儿童预防接种证查验工作资料,采用流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2011—2013年共查验托幼机构和小学3 965所,查验覆盖率为99.05%;查验儿童316 548人,查验率为98.98%;其中314 136名儿童有预防接种证,持证率为99.24%。共有2 412名儿童无预防接种证,补证率为97.06%;有31 224名儿童漏种,补种率为97.42%。3年间累计补种疫苗35 552剂次,补种率为95.97%。入托儿童持证率、总体高于入学儿童。结论大连市入托入学儿童预防接种证查验工作实施情况良好,卫生和教育部门应相互配合进一步完善查验补种工作。
Objective To understand the status of quarantine inspection of immunization vaccination for children enrolled in Dalian and to explore effective ways to carry out vaccination of children immunization planning in the future. Methods The data of examination of vaccination certificates for children admitted to Dalian in 2011-2013 were collected and analyzed by epidemiological method. Results A total of 3 965 nurseries and primary schools were checked in 2011-2013 with a coverage rate of 99.05%. 316 548 children were examined and a check-up rate was 98.98%. Among them, 314,136 children had a vaccination certificate with a certificate rate of 99.24 %. A total of 2,212 children without vaccination certificate, the certificate rate was 97.06%; 31,224 children missing, the replacement rate of 97.42%. During the three years, a total of 35 552 doses of vaccination have been given, with the rate of replanting 95.97%. Enrolled childcare rate, overall higher than the enrollment of children. Conclusion The implementation of vaccination certificate for admission to children enrolled in Dalian is in good condition. Health and education departments should cooperate with each other to further improve the work of checking and replanting.
