随着经济的飞速发展,科技水平日益提高,越来越多的科技手段应用于教育当中来。新媒体教学作为一种新型的教育模式,在教育中担当着越来越重要的角色。尤其是伴着新课改的不断推进,教育理念在不断的转变升级。从应试教育到素质教育的转变,要求我们利用多种教育形式与之相适应。新媒体环境能够为学生打造一种视听结合的教育氛围,有利于激发学生学习兴趣。小学美术是一个需要使用丰富教学方法的课程,是新媒体环境发展和应用的有效阵地。推动小学美术教育的创新,是教育工作者研究的重要课题之一。
