目的:探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术与开腹阑尾切除治疗急性阑尾炎的手术情况.方法:选择参与本次研究的患者共100例,依据患者手术先后顺序展开分组,2017年7月期间收治的50例为对照组,行传统开腹手术治疗;另50例观察组为2019年5月期间收治,为之采用腹腔镜阑尾切除术的方式进行治疗,比较两组患者不同手术方式下临床指标及术后并发症的发生率.结果:采用腹腔镜阑尾切除术的观察组,手术用时、术后首次排气、住院时长均短于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组术后发生切口感染、腹腔脓肿、肠粘连、肠梗堵发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:针对急性阑尾炎者应用腹腔镜手术操作方案予以治疗,患者在院期间临床指标更突出,术后所致并发症较少,临床安全性更高,值得借鉴.
