篮球运动的发展、普及和提高离不开大企业的参与和支持。本文运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,对改革开放下企业篮球队伍在发展过程存在的问题,结合企业的实际情况,探讨出适应企业形势发展的需要,根据企业经济发展状况,采用多层次篮球队伍发展模式,充分发挥篮球协会、工会俱乐部、地区学校、企业子弟学校的作用,扩大篮球人才引进范围力度,建立企业篮球运动后备人才培养梯队。加强对篮球教练员、裁判员培训,提高水平。开放篮球场馆合理利用和优化篮球资源,提高场馆的利用率,支持鼓励企业职工群众参与开展丰富多样的篮球活动。发展篮球队伍,参加各类级别的赛事,成就行业风范。
The development of basketball, popularization and improvement can not be separated from the participation and support of large enterprises. In this paper, we use literature, interview and other research methods to discuss the problems existing in the course of the development of the basketball team under the reform and opening up.
