随着我国经济的快速发展,我国产生了大量的上市公司,且上市公司的规模也在不断扩大,各大上市公司的子公司数量也在明显增多。子公司的运营成效对上市公司的影响也日益突出。保证对子公司的有效监管成为提升上市公司监管有效性的一个重要环节。本文就对这个问题进行探讨,分析子公司的设立特征以及管理、运作中存在的问题,最后提出一些建议,以供参考。
With the rapid economic development in our country, a large number of listed companies have been produced in our country, and the size of listed companies is also constantly expanding. The number of subsidiaries of major listed companies is also increasing significantly. The impact of subsidiaries’ operating results on listed companies has also become increasingly prominent. To ensure the effective supervision of subsidiaries has become an important part of enhancing the effectiveness of supervision of listed companies. This article will explore this issue, analyze the characteristics of the establishment of subsidiaries and management, operation of the problems, and finally make some suggestions for reference.
