目的建立HPLC法测定养血当归胶囊中阿魏酸的方法。方法采用DIKMA Diamonsil C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(30∶70),体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长320 nm。结果阿魏酸线性范围为4.02～20.24μg/mL;平均回收率为96.67%,RSD为1.77%。结论本方法定量准确、重复性好,可作为养血当归胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Yangxue Danggui Capsules. Methods Diamonsil C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - 1% acetic acid solution (30:70), the volume flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results The linear range of ferulic acid was 4.02 ~ 20.24μg / mL. The average recovery was 96.67% with a RSD of 1.77%. Conclusion The method is accurate, reproducible and can be used as a quality control method for Yangxue Danggui Capsules.
