苦恼的问题我是1951年考进唐山发电厂当学徒的。后来当司机,1957年当班长,1960年领导上提拔我当车间副主任,负责抓运行工作。到了车间以后,这几年碰到一个很苦恼的问题,就是对待有缺点、犯错误的同志,究竟如何对待? 电业生产要保证安全,可是“不安全”的人很多,怎么对他帮助?几年来走了很多弯路。怎么解决?我带着这个问题学习了毛主席著作。
