基于解决酿酒葡萄冬季冻害为中心,提高葡萄越冬成活率和产量为重点,实现酿酒葡萄优质高效栽培为目标,通过抗寒新品种的引进、葡萄砧木和酿酒品种抗逆性研究、酿酒葡萄不同埋土防寒效果比较、河西戈壁酿酒葡萄高产优质栽培基础对酿酒葡萄抗寒性的作用和河西戈壁生态葡葡园建设等途径,系统地研究了河西戈壁酿酒葡萄的冬季冻害问题,给出了许多行之有效的葡萄抗寒栽培技术。
