单位里新分来一个大学生,满口理论,满腹牢骚,看什么都觉得不顺眼:工资太低,环境太差,别人素质不行,领导开拓意识不强。有一个部门领导没有文凭,他更是嗤之以鼻,说这人的位置是拍马屁得来的。很欣赏这位大学生的直率。如果他有能耐,在技术上能独当一面,那叫做恃才傲物,情有可原。如果是半瓶子水乱晃荡,手中的活儿又拿不起来,那就叫做自取其辱,别人还得换双眼睛看
