循环经济不仅是经济发展的新型模式,更代表着环境保护的全新理念,是实施可持续发展战略、彻底摆脱资源与环境困境的必由之路,因而日益受到世界各国的重视和关注。目前,我国的环境保护立法中也较多体现了循环经济的理念,但仍存在不少问题,难以适应建设循环型社会和实现可持续发展的需要。针对这些问题,本文从循环经济理念的角度对完善我国环境保护立法提出了一些建议。
Circular economy is not only a new model of economic development but also represents a brand new concept of environmental protection. It is the only way to implement the strategy of sustainable development and completely get rid of the plight of resources and the environment. Therefore, it is receiving more and more attention and attention from all over the world. At present, China’s environmental protection legislation also embodies the concept of circular economy, but there are still many problems, it is difficult to adapt to the building of a recycling-oriented society and the need to achieve sustainable development. In response to these problems, this article from the perspective of circular economy concept to improve China’s environmental protection legislation made a number of recommendations.
