在选矿厂磨矿是耗能最大的作业。据统计,大峪口矿扩大试验要求磨矿细度-200目含量在94%以上。王集磷矿的磨矿细度为-200目含量93%,磨矿分级占全厂投资的43%,能耗占50%,占直接成本的38%。提 高选矿厂的磨矿分级效率是举足轻重的。 王集磷矿选矿要求磨矿细度-200目占93%,必须采用二段磨矿流程。1984年王集矿半工业试验采用三种磨矿分级流程(图1)。
