新课程改革经过不断发展、创新,并由教师付诸执行、完善,在课堂上进行检验。对于教研室的教研员也提出了新的任务,我们中学语文教研员的工作是:研究———服务———指导。有了正确的评价才能形成正确的导向,才能使课程改革引向深入,才能使教师业务水平有所提高。
