中期妊娠羊膜腔注射利凡诺尔引产,因具有简便有效等特点为大多数医疗单位首选,宫颈裂伤是其主要并发症之一。我院1987年1月至1997年12月间对872例中期妊娠孕妇行羊膜腔注射利凡诺尔引产,并发宫颈裂伤15例。本文就中期引产致宫颈裂伤的病因、治疗和预防作一综合分析。 872例中期妊娠要求终止而无禁忌症的孕妇均严格按照操作规程,经腹羊膜腔注射利凡诺尔100mg。一般资料:15例宫颈裂伤者年龄17～40岁,平均24岁。初产妇12例,经产妇3例,其中8例系引产后阴道大量流血探查
Interim amniocentesis rivanol induction of midterm pregnancy, because of its simple and effective features for the first choice for most medical units, cervical laceration is one of its major complications. In our hospital from January 1987 to December 1997 872 cases of midterm pregnant women received amniocentesis rivanol induction of labor, and cervical laceration in 15 cases. This article makes a comprehensive analysis of the etiology, treatment and prevention of cervical laceration caused by mid-term induction of labor. 872 pregnant women who require termination of secondary pregnancy without contraindications are strictly in accordance with the rules of operation, transabdominal amniotic injection of rivanol 100mg. General information: 15 cases of cervical laceration were 17 to 40 years old, average 24 years old. 12 cases of primipara, 3 cases of maternal, 8 cases of vaginal bleeding after induced abortion
