所谓公务卡,是指财政预算单位工作人员持有的、主要用于日常公务支出和财务报销业务的贷记卡。作为一种新型的结算方式,在很大程度上减少了现金的使用,提高了资金使用的透明度,在当前的实践中已经取得了很大的成果。但是,目前在公务卡的管理过程中还存在着诸多问题,制约了其进一步发展。因此,需要各个单位以及银行的支持与配合,让公务卡能够更好的发挥作用。本文就对此进行相应的探讨。
The so-called business card, refers to the staff of the financial budget unit, mainly for daily business expenses and financial claims business credit card.
