高层酒店万一发生火灾,因其高度高、功能复杂、人员众多、疏散困难等诸多因素,扑救难度很大,将带来惨重的经济损失和无法弥补的负面影响。金阳光大酒店是三星级标准的涉外酒店,建筑面积3.5万m~2,层高17层(地上15层、地下2层),有着较为完善的消防报警和自动灭火系统。国家《高层建筑消防管理规则》规定高层建筑防火要自防自救,加强建筑物内所附有的防火救灾设施设备的管理,保证它们的正常运行。这在防止火灾发生或发生火灾后最大限度的降低人员财产的损失方面具有举足轻重的作用。下面
