In recent years, quite a few units have reflected the noise problem of small hydropower stations. They think that the on-duty personnel of the power station work in an environment with too much noise for a long time, which is harmful to their health. In order to understand the design of small hydropower stations and the relationship between unit selection and noise, we analyzed the noise of 8 stations in Fuling and Wanxian counties of Sichuan Province, 12 stations (32 units with a total capacity of 45,200 kW) of 500kW or more Noise was measured.
