随着中国经济结构的调整,“一带一路”建设的持续推进,以及中国基础建设的不断完善。社会对于基础设施建设的需求激增,建筑施工企业迎来了发展的契机。相较于其它行业,基建行业明显属于资金密集型的重资产行业。由此产生的大量资金流也给施工单位带来了巨大的困难,那么如何完善施工单位的财务管理,这成为相关企业面临的现实问题。本文正是在这一背景下,结合笔者多年的工作经验,提出了施工单位财务管理存在的问题,并在此基础上做出了相应的对策。最后希望通过本文的分析,可以为施工企业财务管理工作的开展,提供富有建设性的建议。
With the adjustment of China’s economic structure, the continuous development of the “Belt and Road” and the continuous improvement of China’s infrastructure construction. The demand for infrastructure construction in the society has surged, and the construction enterprises have ushered in the opportunity for development. Compared to other industries, the infrastructure industry is obviously a capital-intensive heavy asset industry. The resulting large flow of funds has also brought great difficulties to the construction unit, so how to improve the financial management of construction units, which has become a real business problems facing enterprises. Based on the author’s many years of working experience, this paper puts forward the problems in the financial management of the construction unit under this background, and on this basis, makes corresponding countermeasures. Finally hope that through the analysis of this article, we can provide constructive suggestions for the construction enterprise financial management.
