统筹城乡发展,推进城乡一体化,建设社会主义新农村是落实科学发展观的要求,也是解决“三农”问题和全面建设小康社会的内在要求,同时也是实行公共财政的必然选择。财政作为国家资金和物资分配的重要承载工具,在社会主义新农村建设中承担着重要职责。
To coordinate urban and rural development, to promote the integration of urban and rural areas and to build a new socialist countryside is the requirement of implementing the scientific concept of development.
