目的:建立顶空气相色谱法测定参芪扶正注射液中乙醇残留量。方法:采用DB-1毛细管柱(50 m×0.53 mm,5μm),载气为氮气,柱温为40℃,进样口温度为200℃,FID检测温度为250℃。结果:乙醇在0.002~20.100 mg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内,线性关系良好(r=1.000 0);平均回收率为96.41%(RSD为1.7%)。结论:该方法快速、简单、准确、灵敏度高,可用于参芪扶正注射液中乙醇残留量的测定。
Objective: To establish a headspace gas chromatographic method for the determination of ethanol residues in Shenqi Fuzheng injection. Methods: DB-1 capillary column (50 m × 0.53 mm, 5 μm) was used. The carrier gas was nitrogen and the column temperature was 40 ℃. The inlet temperature was 200 ℃ and the FID detection temperature was 250 ℃. Results: The linearity of ethanol was good (r = 1.000 0) in the range of 0.002-20.100 mg · ml -1. The average recovery was 96.41% (RSD 1.7%). Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, accurate and sensitive and can be used for the determination of ethanol residues in Shenqi Fuzheng injection.
